Caroline developed an appreciation for fresh, local produce on her aunt’s organic farm and enjoys recreating vegetarian dishes from wherever she travels. She never says no to sweet potatoes, extra guacamole, or dessert in general. And while she had a short fling with cake decorating class, she likes to spend time running, doing yoga, reading magazines and following bands around Boston’s concert venues. When not in class at Emerson College, Caroline peruses food and style blogs. Next year, she hopes to study abroad in Argentina and eat her way through South America.
