“ Warm and fluffy honey buns will hit the spot for your next Sunday brunch...or an after-dinner snack. Vijay, Recipe Hunter ”
Warm and fluffy honey buns baking in the oven will fill your house with the smell of a Southern Kitchen. Sprinkled on the inside with cinnamon, sugar, and orange zest, the buns are baked until overflowing and glazed (while still hot, of course) with honey butter. Baking these in an age-old cast iron skillet, which retains and evenly distributes heat, makes for a great crust, even browning, and adds a little je ne sais quoi to the flavor. Make sure you read the recipe thoroughly before starting because although it is a bit involved, Russell shares everything you need to know for breakfast to never be the same again.
