Falafel Burgers

A Mediterranean favorite made healthy

Falafel is a staple in vegetarian and Mediterranean cuisines but can often be tricky to make at home because it typically involves deep-frying. Julie takes the flavors of traditional falafel – tahini, lemon, garlic, and cumin – and ingeniously turns them into “burgers,” which are baked until golden brown and crispy. Wrap it up in a pita with some tzatziki (or grab a hamburger bun for a more traditional burger experience) and enjoy a delicious, healthy, and satisfying meal any night of the week.
