Who doesn’t love sweet potato fries? With a sweet taste and crispy exterior, we convince ourselves that they’re healthier than fries made from regular potatoes. Well, this recipe does exactly that. Sweet potatoes are cut into matchsticks and roasted at a high temperature along with carrots to make them extra crispy. Use a variety of herbs for a flavorful punch or try a sprinkle of cumin, cayenne, and smoked paprika for a southwestern kick. Or, just season them with salt and pepper and call it a day. Any way you go, you don’t have to feel bad about more than a few…or 20.
