Roasted Garlic Caprese Flatbread

Redefining the classic Italian salad

Paired with flavors inspired by the traditional Caprese salad made of tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves, the flatbread is assembled on a slab of ciabatta bread for a more substantial dish. Placed under the broiler for just enough time to toast the bread and turn the mozzarella into gooey deliciousness, it’s a recipe that doesn’t require you to stand over a stove top for hours. The dish is finished with a drizzle of sweet balsamic vinegar making the flatbread complete, and with such simple flavors, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.
