Lizzie has always been that house guest who will never turn down seconds and is beheld amongst those who know her well as a “vulture” because even when she doesn’t ask for a bite, she will stare at your plate until you offer her one. A recent grad from Boston University whose long relationship with food has matured and flourished into a hobby and a passion. Lizzie will miss exploring Boston’s restaurant culture and cooking alongside her friends for their weekly “family dinners” (usually the one in charge of the appetizer) but will continue to experiment in her own kitchen and dreams to one day be the star of her own cooking show. Lizzie loves greens, citrus and unusual pairings and describes her cooking style as healthy, fun and funky.
