Spicy Black Bean Hummus

Hummus gets a southwestern makeover

For many of us, our fridges are always stocked with store-bought hummus. It’s versatile enough to use as a dip for veggies or as a healthy spread for sandwiches and wraps. This southwestern twist on traditional hummus uses black beans instead of chickpeas and gets a smoky kick from smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. With this in your fridge, it may be snack time all the time (and you don’t have to feel guilty about it).
